Ouchee!!!

Colton decided to kiss the asphalt while attempting a stupid daring trick off a
bike ramp!
OUCHEE!!!

Yes........that is actual rocks from the street embedded in his teeth.........
If I can get my boys to survive to manhood it will be a miracle :)

204 Miles, Baby!!!

I did it!
I made a goal for myself to start running and get in better shape.  My kids cross country offered an adult program this year so I joined and started running.
It sucked!
Then my peer pressuring friend, Mike, stalked me until I agreed to join his RAGNAR team, knowing, of course, what a huge asset I would be to the team :)
RAGNAR is a 204 mile relay race from Prescott to Tempe!
I seriously had the best team ever!!!
Everyone was SO much fun!  We had speakers mounted to the outside of our awesome vans, thank you Dana, and constantly had music blasting!  We had many a dance party outside our vans :)
I had to use J-JON's more in that one trip than I have my whole life combined!
DIS-GUS-TING!!!
The highlight was when the two awesome "men" in our van thought it would be funny to rock our jon's while we were using them!  Oh, if only they knew that I thoroughly enjoy payback.......and it will be coming!
Alicia kept me going through this!  Thanks for keeping me running and laughing!
If you ever bump into Alicia you'll have to ask her about her awesome whity tighty beanie she likes to wear.  So very chic :)
This is the finish line!
We made it and could still walk......barely :)
It feels good to accomplish a goal!
Thanks to the BEST RAGNAR TEAM ever!!!

Going Private!

I'm officially going private.
Apparently creepsters can look at your blog as well as your homies......
and have been, soooooooooooo,
leave me your email address so that I can invite you to our blog.
We love sharing our lives with ALL our friends and fam so leave your email!

On a side note,
This is the scene I came into the other night at my parents.
My Dad on an important call,
the girls laying next to him reading,
and Colton laying on my Dad's chest.
In that moment, life seemed so perfect :)
